We left the Dreamtime carpark at 9am under the guidance of John & Joy & after a few roadworks we arrived at the Museum at 10.30. The ladies put the kettle on & even had biscuits, scones etc for us which was a real bonus. I must say that if your ever up that way call in & you will be surprised, they had something for everyone, a very reasonable craft shop & it only costs $2 to get in, well done to the local community. You will notice a Chevy ute that may look familiar, well 20 odd years ago a guy by the name of Bob did the upholstery & its still looking good. We took a few of the locals for a ride, it was the least we could do. The only downer on the day was Matt getting stung by as wasp, thankfully after a scone he was a little better. We went and had a look at the helipad and memorial. We then went back to the local & enjoyed a very filling lunch where Craig & Matt had a game of pool. After that we ducked up the road to the lagoon for a look then George & Neil lead the way home. We would like to thank all who attended and we hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did, thanks for sharing your day with us.
